1.1 Cost of the guidebook
The cost of one personalized guide in PDF format is $10. Payment is made in a lump sum when you start using the service.
1.2 Payment methods
On our website you can pay for the guide using the following methods:
- Bank card: We accept Visa and MasterCard for payment. To conduct a transaction, you need to indicate the card number, expiration date and CVV code.
- Apple Pay: Pay for your guide using Apple Pay if you have an Apple device and have the service activated.
- Google Pay: If you are using an Android device, you can pay for the guide using Google Pay.
Payment on our website is made through the secure online acquiring service LiqPay. All data is transmitted in encrypted form, which ensures complete security of your financial transactions.
1.3 Payment procedure
- Enter the country and city to which you are planning a trip.
- Click “Get Started” and select a payment method convenient for you.
- Enter the required information to complete the transaction.
- After successful payment, you will have access to a chat with an assistant, asking no more than 10 questions about your trip, you will receive a ready-made personalized guide in PDF format to your e-mail.
2. Refunds when paying online by individuals
2.1 Refund terms
We strive to ensure the high quality of our services and customer satisfaction. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with the guidebook you purchased, you are entitled to a refund in the following cases:
- Non-receipt of the guidebook: If after payment you do not have access to download the guidebook, please contact our support team within 14 days of payment.
- Technical Issues: If a guidebook contains significant technical errors that render it unusable, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving the guidebook.
2.2 Return procedure
To receive a refund, you must provide the following documents:
- Copy of passport:
- This may be a copy of the first page with the owner’s photo and details.
- The document must be clearly scanned or photographed.
- Documents that are the basis for the return of funds:
- If a refund is requested due to technical problems with the guidebook, please attach screenshots or files confirming the problem.
- If you do not receive your guidebook, please provide proof of payment and a description of the problem.
- Payer details specified in the payment document when making payment:
- Number of the bank card used for payment.
- Full name of the card owner.
- Date and time of the transaction.
- Payment confirmation that you received from the LiqPay service after payment (can be in the form of an email or a screenshot).
- Additional documents (if applicable):
- Copies of correspondence with our support team, if you have previously addressed the problem.
- Any other documents that may be helpful in processing your return request.
Refund procedure:

- Please include your full name, contact information and order number.
- Attach the required documents:
- Include scans or photographs of all necessary documents in the letter.
- Request consideration:
- We will consider your request within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the complete set of documents.
- If it is necessary to clarify information, we will contact you using the contact information provided.
- Return Solution:
- After reviewing your request, we will notify you of the result to your email address.
- Refund:
- If the return is approved, the money will be transferred to the bank card used for payment.
- The time for funds to be credited can range from 5 to 10 business days depending on the conditions of your bank.
Note: Refunds are made exclusively to the same card from which the payment was made. This is done to ensure the safety and security of your financial data.
